You are may be seeking another health drink to keep yourself healthy,or you may be scrolling and even following social media posts regarding physical health exercises,yog, may be you are going to gym ,or for an evening walk alone /with your dog/ with your loved one, maybe you have gave up on your favourite paratha (and unhappy about it if you are an Indian),may be you are trying another 100 ways to avoid the upcoming cardiac event and want to stay happy and together with your loved ones.

Now,I don't see exercise as we all have been practicing today
Because the balance/ strength to exercise is obtained as a result of balance of these three.
So it is necessary 
To have sleep at night
To have freshly prepared food at regular timing, when you are hungry and preferably before the night falls
To have adequate amount of sexual activity enough for the happy married life and not practicing otherwise for protection of the Ojas
